MTA participated in an online consultation session on the 2026 Policy Address and the First 5-year Plan for Hong Kong, which was attended by Financial Secretary Mr Paul Chan Mo-po, Secretary for Development Ms Bernadette Linn Hon-ho, and a few other senior Government officials.
